Abstract
Treatment of the [6,9-C2B8H10]Na2 salt with concentrated sulphuric acid produces two compounds of the general formula σ, ρ'-5,5'-X-(6,9-C2B8H13)2, where X = O or OSO2O, the constitution of which was established on the basis of their NMR data.
