Abstract
The structure of a hydrolytically unstable Ni(II) complex of Schiff base of 3a with 2-bromoglycine was confirmed by NMR and 252Cf plasma desorption mass spectrometry; a new more hydrolytically stable chloro derivate 4a was prepared and investigated by 2D NMR.
